Forget Rush Limbaugh’s wedding — Is Sir Elton John made out of wax?

Is this the real Elton -- or an exact wax replica? (Source: People Magazine)

People Magazine just ran this photo of Elton John with its investigative report on why the singer would agree to perform at the Rush Limbaugh wedding. Apparently, for a $1 million appearance fee, Sir Elton will serenade you first and have intellectual debates on gay marriages and civil unions over drinks later.  Smart guy.

But the bigger question here is this:  Is the above picture really Elton John or a surrogate plucked from the Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum in Times Square?  Often times when you have photo-ops at a wax museum, the celebrities either look amazingly real or super-super fake.  Using your camera’s flash often washes out the skin tone and makes every statue look, well, waxen.

But this is the opposite case: A human being looking like wax.

Here’s betting that if Limbaugh shelled out one million smackaroos, he got the real deal.
